I had a problem with my Chase credit card. Calling Chase and complaining is a waste of time. Their customer service representatives understand English, but they cannot speak English. They called me back and left a message. I listened to the message over and over but I could not understand one word of what she said. Unfortunately there are not very many banks to chose from.
This will bite Chase in the ass,eventually...CHASE,WELLS FARGO,BANK OF AMERICA have given money to Planned Parenthood...They toss gun owners and now D’Souza...When the truth hits about PP and it’s genocidal agenda against black america, and minority women realize they can sue anyone who helped PP,these banks will be screaming .......
they did you a favor
I plan on writing to Chase and asking why his card was cancelled. I also plan on telling them that a “we cannot comment on another account” answer is the same as saying you cancelled it because management disagrees with his positions. If that is the case, then I would like Chase to close my accounts, too.
It’s time for “woke” companies to see that mixing business and politics has repercussions. I’m also tired of seeing interracial and gay couples in TV ads by the same “woke” companies. If they want to show interracial couples in a proportion that actually exists, that’s fine. Is there one network TV show that doesn’t have a gay couple in it? I’m tired of explaining to my grandkids why two men/women are kissing in a prime time TV show.
Banking is as much a public accommodation as a water fountain or a bus. Absent disruptive or criminal activity, or possibly credit issues, the provider (Chase) does not have the ability to deny access.
After all, isn’t the ability to use banking services at least as important as the need to force a baker to produce a gay wedding cake?
My friend who is a Vietnam vet with three sons who served in the Navy, and I, had a sudden cancellation happen a few years ago. Chase said during Michigan’s biggest downturn (Granholm was Gov.) that our cards were suddenly cancelled. Neither of us overspent or failed to pay balances on time. We could pay back at the same monthly payments for any outstanding money owed but then that was it.
They said “So many houses are being foreclosed on in Southeastern Michigan that we decided to cut off accounts there. We have the legal right to do that at any time.” Guilt (or poverty?) by association. We didn’t have a foreclosure.
Chase doesn’t like doing business with people of color.

“Spread the word!”
It’s all about the power of defining what is “Controversial”, since Corporations want to avoid controversy at all costs.
A buddy of mine who is a remodeling contractor has had a banking relationship for 25 years. They just cut off his credit. Zero late or missed payments. Probably because he’s a white guy.
Last week he put his business in his wife’s name.
I refuse to do business with Chase and I dropped my BofA account a couple years ago for supporting gun grabbing.
The cancellations can work both ways.
