Stephen Miller Launching America First Legal to Fight Biden in the Courts
Big League Politics ^ | Mar 27, 2021 | Richard Moorhead

Former Trump White House policy advisor Stephen Miller is preparing to launch a new legal group to fight President Joe Biden’s agenda in the court system, taking a page from the book of the ACLU and other left-wing advocacy groups that coordinated with Democrats to try and block Trump’s platform during his time in office.

Miller’s group will be titled America First Legal, distinguishing itself from other conservative legal groups by adopting a name will an expressly populist and nationalist bent.

Miller reportedly is interested in leading the group on the basis of his experience crafting policy in the Trump White House, and structuring presidential orders in a manner that would endure intense scrutiny from left-wing judges in the court system.

America First Legal will seek to coordinate with Republican state Attorney Generals in addition to filing its own lawsuits. Republicans such as Ken Paxton have already seen success in suing the Biden administration, with Paxton effectively overturning Biden’s temporary cessation of all ICE deportations as a violation of federal law.

Federal judiciaries are among the few civic institutions in American life where conservatives still hold a degree of power, and it’s very likely much of Biden’s liberal-globalist program will run into problems within the system, especially if Republican victories in the 2022 midterms force Biden to adopt Barack Obama’s approach of legislating through executive order.

Former Clinton impeachment lawyer Ken Starr is expected to take on a senior role at America First Legal, with former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows also slated for the group’s board.

14 Republican Attorney Generals have signed onto a lawsuit challenging Biden’s shutdown of Keystone XL pipeline construction, in what could become the next major court case of Biden’s

The one and only Mr. Ken Starr will be a part of this.
He is indeed very experienced in interpretation of the law, but in the end, Steven, think for yourself.
Ken Starr left a little unfinished business after leaving Baylor University.

THIS PELOSI ATROCITY MUST ALSO BE ADDRESSED

FR EXCERPT House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s January phone call with U.S. Army Gen. Mark Milley, chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff — in which Pelosi raised concerns about what she described as an ‘unhinged’ President Trump — is now the subject of a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit.

Watchdog group Judicial Watch announced its legal action this week, saying the call between the House speaker and the nation’s top military officer – regarding the powers of a sitting president – set a “dangerous precedent” that could affect future presidencies. The group said its Jan. 11 request for information regarding the Jan. 8 call between Pelosi and Milley received no response from the Department of Defense. [Fox News]

In addition, Nancy Pelosi foolishly documented her conversation with General Milley in a letter to her Democrat colleagues. Here’s some of what she said:

This morning, I spoke to the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley to discuss available precautions for preventing an unstable president from initiating military hostilities or accessing the launch codes and ordering a nuclear strike… The situation of this unhinged President could not be more dangerous, and we must do everything that we can to protect the American people from his unbalanced assault on our country and our democracy. Later, she added:

As you know, there is growing momentum around the invocation of the 25th Amendment, which would allow the Vice President and a majority of the Cabinet to remove the President for his incitement of insurrection and the danger he still poses… Yesterday, Leader Schumer and I placed a call with Vice President Pence, and we still hope to hear from him as soon as possible with a positive answer as to whether he and the Cabinet will honor their oath to the Constitution and the American people. Based on Pelosi’s own description of the phone call in that letter, Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton is convinced that the Speaker of the House stepped way, way over the line.

Biden’s Illegal Migrants and Fake Refugees
Flown Out Across America – at taxpayers’ expense
40% of McAllen, TX Air Traffic Now Migrants

I flew from DWF on a major carrier. (A carrier that has removed small American children for not wearing a mask.)

I witnessed the carrier allowing migrants with NO ID to bypass TSA and fly. How is this safe?
Could they be infected with COVID-19. Reports say many are.
Could they be terrorists?

They board carrying a Manila envelope and are escorted to a seat holding a paper stating “Help, I do not speak any English”.

"Former Clinton impeachment lawyer Ken Starr is expected to take on a senior role at America First Legal, with former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows also slated for the group’s board."

No disrespect intended, but so far it's sounding like an excellent idea that is going to either just totally suck in its execution, or have other stuff going on behind the scenes.

Why not augment the already well organized ACLJ? Trumps legal team had members of the ACLJ. United we stand.

Attack on multiple fronts. Forces the financial pillaging of the government democraps to spend more time countering different styles of lawsuit. Different types of cases may require different ways of presenting the lawsuit.

Amazing story, Liz.

But the media sees and hears no evil — nor any irregularities — when it comes to the Xiden-Harass regime.
