There is an earlier FR discussion on this already. That said, I think it is good that people intervened. I just reread another news article on this and while the arrest was measurable response at the scene, it is clear by absence of reporting otherwise, that the guns and all were legally possessed. I think the intent charges will likely be dropped. I do wonder what was intended, especially as the guy was wearing body armor.
