Please explain why, out of all the bad things in HR 1, that you think RCV is the worst?
As an FYI if RCV had been in effect in Georgia In November, David Perdue would have won outright and the GOP would control the Senate right now.
I can think of a few other examples where the libertarian candidate caused a Democrat to sneak into a seat with a plurality.

The problem is that even states without RCV, which are 48 of them, have machines with RCV enabled software preloaded. That’s a much larger number of states.
And that software did play a role in the steal.
HR1 will ensure that RCV enabled machines will be in use in all 50, even states without RCV.
All Deep State needs is the software.
Voter ID, cleaning up voter rolls, no more mail in, all those won’t matter a damn if RCV enabled machines are in use.
