While recent seven-day averages concerning COVID-19-related hospitalizations across the country have remained stable, health officials in Michigan have noted an “alarming” rise among unvaccinated individuals. In the first three weeks of March, officials tallied a 633 percent increase in hospitalizations among adults ages 30-39 and an increase of 800 percent among those ages 40-49.

We know the derps are lying, so why is a vax necessary? Especially when there are actual treatments that work and we KNOW the derps are squashing them so as to make their vax necessary.

Completely agree with you that fear mongering the vaccines has no place in the discussion. However as they are experimental, caution is advised especially for young persons.
As you said, we have data from clinical trials first starting in mid-March 2020 and those results were positive for providing protection. No reputable doctor is fear mongering the vaccine but more than a few (America’s Frontline Doctors) are sending up caution signs for potential long term effects, especially for young women. Most vaccines are tested for multiple years before receiving full FDA approval. Because these did not receive testing for that length of time, they are labeled experimental, giving the companies a legal pass from the tort lawyers. Presenting potential concerns over long term effects is not fear mongering in my opinion, but prudent information that should be revealed to those considering taking the vaccine.

The FDA has four separate paths for accelerating the availability of new medicines. These are long established paths - decades old - used regularly under specific guidelines. This isn't new. This isn't unusual. Emergency Use Authorization is just one of the four paths.

Congress removed vaccine injuries from the jurisdiction of US courts in 1986 with the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act, signed by President Reagan. This was done because anti-vaxxers had launched so many nuisance lawsuits against vaccine makers with absolute nonsense claims (every single one of which was proven false in court) that the legal defense costs were threatening to put vaccine makers out of business. It was a tactic to bankrupt the industry, the same as the left has been doing to try and bankrupt gun makers. Congress didn't want to see polio make a comeback, so they stepped in between the two sides.

I would say it depends a lot on what those concerns are based on (e.g. their validity as a real concern) and how they're presented. Again, if we're saying "we don't have data on what might happen in 5 years or 10 years", that's certainly true. I think it would be important to then point out that there's no data suggesting there will be any change, but it's valid to point out these are new medicines. Some people may choose to wait based on that. Nothing wrong with that.
However, when we talk about "America’s Frontline Doctors" (which includes dentists, non-practicing physicians, and others who clearly are about as far as you can get from being a "frontline doctor" actually treating COVID-19 patients with severe illness), they make claims like the vaccines are "not a vaccine at this point". That's absolutely false. And the repeated use of all-caps "experimental" is also - frankly - wrong and designed to provoke an emotional response. These vaccines have gone through all the normal Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 clinical trials. Being on an accelerated path doesn't make them bad. It means that the paperwork review process isn't held up by some FDA bureaucrat who's asleep at his desk. They still have to do the same trials. They still have to compile the same data. They just don't have to wait for weeks or months on end for the go-ahead to move on to the next step.
These are safe and effective vaccines. We have data from multiple clinical trials in the US and other western countries proving that. We have data from hundreds of millions around the world proving that. We have detailed data from millions in Israel proving that. A group of kooky conspiracy nuts that includes a dentist, an orthopedic surgeon, and a strip mall clinic doctor doesn't change those simple facts. We should stick to the facts and leave the fear out. If people choose to wait or not get the vaccines at all because of whatever individual reasons they may have, that's their choice and it should be respected. But if somebody looks at the evidence and the facts and chooses to get one of the COVID-19 vaccines, nobody should be yelling fearmongering nonsense at them to try and change their mind.
If the people who DON'T want to get the vaccine want that decision respected, then they need to respect the decision of those who DO want a COVID-19 vaccine.
I’d say you’re right regarding Trump, and yes the two groups could be subdivided.
Trump was taken advantage of by the Deep State on so many levels, the CDC & big pharma are just two examples. I think he truly believes in the good of people, which makes him quite naive in a swamp so infested with corruption that it was obvious to the end his own party worked against him.
He was the greatest since Reagan. It’s just that one person cannot stand up to so much corruption by himself and expect to win. Which is why this may go to the next level in a very ugly way no one really wants.

Sometimes fear is justified. Fear works. Fear is a survival mechanism. Your use of the word 'fear' is irrational and misused.
As an example, do you not fear the takeover and ruination of America? Would you consider sounding the alarm against that to be 'fearmongering' and a negative thing to be avoided?
Advising people to fear that worth fearing is a good thing. Sorta a Paul Revere kinda deal. Don't ya think?
