CNN's John Berman must stay up nights, devising outrageous remarks aimed at winning attention for his ratings-crashing network
On today's New Day, co-host Berman came up with a particularly vile attention-getter. He flatly accused lawmakers who oppose additional gun control measures of intentionally choosing mass shootings, like the recent ones in Boulder and Georgia. Said Berman:
"This morning, lawmakers face a choice. It’s a choice they have faced before. Will they choose to take action, do something, anything, to try to stop these mass shootings, or will they choose the status quo?
"Which means looking at what happened in Boulder this week, in Georgia last week, and saying: I choose this. Let’s stick with this. Boulder is working for me."

Importers of muslims choose jihad.
We choose freedom.
And freedom isn’t always safe.
But it is safer if free people Shoot Back!
berman chooses genocide by governments.
Vile little man.
And his sidekick, Alisyn Camerota, suggested that gun shop employees evaluate buyers for paranoid tendencies before permitting purchases. As we all know, gun shop employees are also trained psychoanalysts. Even her pro-gun control guest laughed at her.
Ping to Liberal Media Criticism list.
What a jerk!
He will wish he had a gun when has to defend himself and his boyfriend from a rapist.
“Well, we tried to stage a coup against Donald Trump based on phony Russian collusion allegations that we whipped up. And do you know what he did?? He declared himself innocent! And he fought back! The nerve!! That right there is an impeachable offense, my friend!
And now — now, we have this perfectly ordinary Muslim terrorist shooting a bunch of white people up. And we’re going to use this as a way to gut the Second Amendment, right? I mean: who wouldn’t? And you know what?? The Gun-Rights Backers aren’t rolling over!! I mean, it’s outrageous! They should just let us take their guns! But noooooooooooooooooo! ‘We have rights’ they say. The nerve!”
I would love to be able to not sell guns to leftists and muslims, but store policy is only if they smell of alcohol, weed or there is a document issue.
Then we leave it up to the State Police background check system.
I ceertainly do. A few mass shootings is vastly better than a genocidal government. Once they take away the guns there is nothing to stop them from executing their enemies the way Stalin, Mao, Hitler, Pol Pot, and others have done time and time again. The only thing that might slow them is any sort of moral decency, and everyone knows that democrats and liberals in general lack any morals at all.
Will wait for CNN to get rid of the armed guards that protect their studio....
Camerota has always been an idiot, even back at her Fox News days I knew she had the IQ of an eggplant
If muzzies start shooting up my grocery store, I’m shooting back. The problem is not guns. The problem is islamic terrorists. Why would the Communists disarm us in the face of muslim terrorists?
Where does CNN go to find so many morons ?
My freedom or your life John, that’s the real question.
Why should a nation be penalized for the
acts of a few?
Why should a nation take in people who hate it?
Why aren't he and the rest of them bitching and complaining that it's the criminals who 'choose' mass-shootings ???
It’s like saying that people who own cars “choose” traffic deaths, that people who buy their children bicycles “choose” bicycle accidents, and people who let their kids go swimming “choose” drowning.
I’ll repeat my point yesterday:
How safe would it be if only Democrats had guns????
I posit that we are far, far, far safer with a functioning 2nd amendment. . . by a long shot. The Rats are the party of lies and death.
