Remember in the not so distant past when the ideal was, employees arrived at work on time, did their best work for their wage, minded their own business and were polite and helpful to their colleagues, and went home at the end of the day? Why do all these employers feel the need to waste time and productivity on these attempts to indoctrinate their workers? I can understand the need for a simple, rational “don’t harass anybody” workshop as a CYA for the company against potential lawsuits, but all this quibbling over words and browbeating over so-called privilege is a type of harassment and bullying too.
