Sidney Powell, the pro-Trump lawyer who spread baseless claims of election fraud, moved Monday to dismiss Dominion Voting Systems' defamation lawsuit against her.

So it appears that the denizens of FR out here beyond the trees (the old, done men contingent/aka 'normies') have concluded that there was no vote fraud on a massive, digital scale.
I guess that settles it, then. Welcome to President Biden.
Thanks guys.

The communists don’t know what the Kraken is. IQ problems..
You don’t understand the difference between language in a courtroom and the way people speak and understand outside a court of law.
You need to go to IQ school.
I don’t think it was the machines. The mail in ballots without any verification, counted over and over did it.
You wouldn’t know the Kraken if it were biting your head off.
Haha. IQ school.
Legally, a 'statement' is not a 'statement of fact' until proven, via evidence, in a court of law.
Because there never was a chance for a court to examine any of the evidence, then, in lawyer-speak, there were no 'statements of fact'.
But these shleps will use anything to further their 'Powell/Wood are lunatics' propaganda. It makes them feel smart.
Here's my statement of fact, put in real people talk.
Dominion was used by the derps to steal votes from Trump and create votes for Biden.
These facts are not in dispute. Anybody that says otherwise is selling something.
Looks something like a martial arts move by Powell.
It was both.
The mail-in scheme was not enough to overcome Trump's tremendous landslide, which is why the counts were stopped in key states in the middle of the night.
That's when Dominion did it's dirt.
Again with the “baseless” thing thrown in every other sentence. If the claims are so “baseless,” why are you protesting so much? Can’t you just say Trump’s claims and leave it at that?
Goebbels’ rule about the “big lie” has more than a few flaws in it, most notably, that if you protest too much that something is a lie, you give it credibility. The more people call it “baseless,” “false” and “fake,” the more people want to examine it on the merits.
I was examining it on the merits the morning of November 4, and it seemed to me on its face then that there was some serious election fraud afoot, and Trump claiming the same was hardly a surprise. Biden stole an election and got away with it, so far. But nobody’s fooled.
It looks to me like she is arguing no reasonable person would conclude her accusations were ALREADY PROVEN FACT, but rather sincerely held beliefs based on what she knew at the time that would require proving via a court battle.
Not that her accusations were so ridiculous that no reasonable person COULD believe them. Just that they would not be accepted as factual unless proven in a future court case.
I agree with what you say here.
Funny how people can feel smarter when talking stupider.
Given that Kraken do not exist, I can assure you I would not “know” them as some Qtards claim to.
Not even her public abandonment of her own words will convince the deluded.
PS: I’m sure she’s sending a coded message with those statements. Stand ready.
Whatever works for them, I guess.
In the meantime, the rest of us gotta listen to their babble.
Jones lost that case too, so there's some precedent.
Not coded.
Its pretty self-explanatory. For those of us with brains, English is easy.
But you go on pretending to not understand. Or maybe you just don't?
Hello, old friend.
Wordplay:
Q: When is a missile not a missile?
A: When its a helicopter.
Q: When is vote fraud not vote fraud?
A: When its not a 'statement of fact'.
Haha, right?
Ahh, old times.
Yes, these articles by al-Reuters and this Axios chicklette are just lighter fluid for the blue-checks on Twitter and the “hate Lin and Sidney” stooges on FR, so they can dance around their hate bonfires screaming spittle-flecked foam.
Colorfully put.
And colorfully true.
But if it went to court, wouldn’t the evidence have to be examined? So why dismiss the suit?
