I very quickly scanned the article forward and backward and did not see where it said “homeless and crazy”. Can you please show us where that is said?
Sorry for the confusion. I was responding to another poster who commented (I am paraphrasing) how nothing says lowlife like a man being shirtless in public. It was nothing in the article just my own speculation.
I think someone said that because the shooter was wearing shorts. Just shorts. No shoes, no shirt. There was snow on the bushes in the photos. I am thinking the guy is a pothead and may have had a psychotic episode. Not uncommon, especially in Colorado.
