Sorry for the confusion. I was responding to another poster who commented (I am paraphrasing) how nothing says lowlife like a man being shirtless in public. It was nothing in the article just my own speculation.
Maybe someone should ask why he was shirtless?
Treating a wound?
Making certain he had no hidden weapon?
Check today’s weather...you can be pretty sure he was not shirtless because he got too hot and sweaty.
