The November 17 "order" was when Dr. Richard (Dickless) aka "Rachel" Levine was in full campaign mode seeking a position in the Biden administration.

The she/he/it wanted the distinction of being the first in the nation a promulgate an order that people must mask up in their own homes.

It was unenforcebale and mostly ignored.

So this is none-news.

I go to the indian casinos once a week...with smoking allowed and drinking and milling about....the machines are close together....masks are required but initially for the first several months they were not....when you're smoking and drinking of course your mask is not on....

Virus or not, there is one who should be legally required to wear a mask for life.

Visiting with other fully vaccinated people indoors without wearing masks or having to social distance; Visiting with unvaccinated people from a single household who are at low-risk of COVID-19 complications without wearing masks or having to social distance. Also, people who are fully vaccinated no longer have to quarantine or get tested if they are exposed to someone with COVID-19 as long as they have no symptoms.

This is exactly how it should have been from the start. The bold is mine to reflect the fact that all people under the age of 65 without comorbidities are at low risk of COVID-19 complications.

I have read many articles on the vaccine and have never seen any claim that being fully vaccinated makes a person immune from the C-virus, nor does it make a person less likely to be contagious or contract the virus. What it claims to do is protect a person from having a bad outcome ( a severe case requiring hospitalization or even death).
