Sedition without weapons, cause, or motive?
This will get them off clean and they should be free, anyway.
We have people in leadership positions that was freaking crazy.
Or a certain phone call from Pelosi to the Defense Chief encouraging sedition from them?
So... with no guns, no knives, no box cutters, no mace, no
bear spray, no hammers, no dire threats, no hostage taken...
Sedition...
ROTF LMBO... ha ha ha ha ho ho hee hee...
Stop it! My sides are killin me!
Some folks are born,
silver spoon in hand,
Lord don’t they help themselves?
Huh, I guess the ‘definition’ of sedition is amorphous.
Does this apply when the doors are opened for the Public?

Below, from HumanEvents, April 29, 2008:
“By all accounts, he [Obama friend and associate, Bill Ayers] was a ferocious, violent, revolutionary Marxist in his halcyon days as a Weatherman leader. He and his Weatherman bombers were enamored of Ho Chi Minh, Che Guevara, Fidel Castro, Mao Tse-tung — indeed, all the murderous heroes on the Left. Referring to the Weatherman members in August 1969, he said (according to the FBI): ‘We’re revolutionary Communists.’
He got off on the group’s multiple explosions, too, and discusses them rather lovingly in his memoir.
Ideal Bombing Weather:
‘Everything was absolutely ideal on the day I bombed the Pentagon,’ he writes (although he concedes it was really a group effort). ‘The sky was blue. The birds were singing. And the #######s were finally going to get what was coming to them.’

BOTH OBAMA AND OSAMA HAD
FRIENDS WHO WANTED TO BOMB FORT DIX
“March 6, 1970: “three members of the Weather Underground accidentally killed themselves in a Manhattan townhouse while attempting to build a powerful bomb they had intended to plant at a social dance in Fort Dix, New Jersey — an event that was to be attended by U.S. Army soldiers. Hundreds of lives could have been lost had the plot been successfully executed.”

The bomb was packed with nails to inflict maximum casualties upon detonation.”

A group of six radical Islamist[1] men, allegedly plotting to stage an attack on the Fort Dix military base in New Jersey, United States, were arrested by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) on May 7, 2007.
They were subsequently charged with planning an attack against U.S. soldiers. The alleged aim of the six men was said to be to “kill as many soldiers as possible”.[2] Their trial began on October 20, 2008. [3]
Opening arguments were presented on October 20, 2008.
Assistant U.S. Attorney William Fitzpatrick said the defendants were inspired by jihad saying “Their motive was to defend Islam. Their inspiration was Al Qaeda and Osama bin Laden.”

Black Lives Matter co-founder describes herself as ‘trained Marxist’
by Yaron Steinbuch, New York Post, June 25, 2020
Black Lives Matter co-founder Patrisse Cullors said in a newly surfaced video from 2015 that she and her fellow organizers are “trained Marxists” – making clear their movement’s ideological foundation, according to a report.
Cullors, 36, was the protégé of Eric Mann, former agitator of the Weather Underground domestic terror organization, and spent years absorbing the Marxist-Leninist ideology that shaped her worldview, Breitbart News reported.
“The first thing, I think, is that we actually do have an ideological frame. Myself and Alicia in particular are trained organizers,” she said, referring to BLM co-founder Alicia Garza.

Part 2 of 2, ERIC MANN
“Mann was elected to SDS [Students for a Democratic Society] national committee in 1968.[18] He told the Associated Press that he believed in “continuous resistance” against “institutions and policies of corporate capitalism” and that SDS chapters transition from campus protests groups to community groups that would guide students as a “de facto government.”[19]
When SDS splintered into three groups in 1969, Mann, then a leader in the SDS faction, the Weathermen (Weather Underground), adopted the Revolutionary Youth Movement’s belief that violent “direct action,” a euphemism for terrorism, should be used as a tactic to dismantle the group’s perceived power centers of “US imperialism”.[20]
Mann and 20 others were arrested in September 1969 for participation in a direct action against the Harvard Center for International Affairs, which the Revolutionary Youth Movement saw as a university-sponsored institution for counter-insurgency.[14] [21]
Mann and 24 other Weathermen were charged with conspiracy to commit murder after two bullets were fired through a window of the police headquarters on November 8, 1969.
Mann surrendered to the police on four counts stemming from the November 8 incident: conspiracy to commit murder, assault with intent to commit murder, promotion of anarchy, and threatening.[22]
Mann was sentenced to two years in prison of which he spent 18 months in Billerica, Deer Island, and Concord State Prison ...”

Profile: Mao Zedong (aka Mao tse-Tung)
“Mao Zedong was the Chairman of the Chinese Communist Party from 1949 until his death in 1976.
Mao is arguably the greatest mass murderer in history, eclipsing even the murderous Joesph Stalin in this regard.
Some 70 million Chinese, along with countless Tibetans, Mongolians, Manchus, Koreans, Hmong, Uyghurs, and other nationalities, perished at his hands during his long and brutal reign.”

Will that include the guy with the fur over his face and the spear who was in Nanshy’s offish? Yeah. Inshurrecshun. What about the Cowboys for Trump who prayed on a porch? Or the “rioters” who walked down the hall without upsetting the fancy rope thingys to either side of them? F@#$ing morons don’t know when they’re playing with fire. Let’s have a show trial, all right. See how that turns out.
“They might even discover what a real insurrection is.”
Might be that’s what they are pushing for. So they can go Sherman all over flyover country. You know they want to.
"They're not going to stop," she said.
"This is a movement, I'm telling you, they're not going to stop, and everyone beware because they're not going to stop before Election Day in November, and they're not going to stop after Election Day.
And everyone should take note of that, on both levels, that they're not going to let up, and they should not, and we should not.”
"...a longer version of the exchange posted by the 'Late Show' shows Harris saying that the protests continuing is "critically important" to achieve change.

They REALLY do need violence from the right to secure the coup and insurrection they started 11/03
ONLY such violence..especially as we all head into 2022 vote, could interfere with citizen attempts to clean out the fraudulent precincts in their deep blue urban centers and prevent attempted fraud being installed in Red urban center between now and then.
That is precisely why they (the communist left) concocted or instigated it.
And he wasn't just some leftist, he was the FOUNDER and HEAD of a revolutionary-communist group called "Insurgence USA"!
"in Sullivan’s own videos, he can be heard enthusiastically egging on the saboteurs, at one point yelling, 'It’s our house, motherf—ers!'..."

"a criminal complaint states that he gave footage to the FBI that showed him shouting at rioters: "You guys are f--ing savage. Let’s go!"
Another clip shows him saying: "We gotta get this sh*t burned... it's our house motherf--ers!"

John Sullivan with Jade Sacker
From the New York Post...
"A clip circulated on social media shows [John] Sullivan with filmmaker Jade Sacker cheering right after reaching the Capitol Rotunda.
“You were right, we did it!” Sacker tells Sullivan.

I’ve noticed that most of those being arrested are from Pennsylvania, with many from the northwestern part of the state. These people are lower middle class folks many of whom, from what I’ve read, had never been to Washington D.C. before. They’re shown walking between rope lines, obeying the Capitol police, and carrying signs and flags, not guns.
They were raging mad that they went to bed with Trump ahead by 800,000 votes in Pennsylvania and woke up the next day with him losing the state by less than 100,000 votes. They had a right to be angry. None of their “representatives” was doing anything about the fraud including the brain dead Sen. Bob Casey and the corporate shill, Sen. Pat Toomey.
How do you have sedition and insurrection without weapons? These are protestors who got rowdy. I bet few of them had any idea of overthrowing the government. They just wanted to be heard; they wanted to “petition the government for a redress of their grievances.” Now, they face imprisonment. How do they pay for their legal defense against government prosecutors? They don’t have the financial resources. Why aren’t civil liberties types helping them out?
Where’s Mark Levin and the Landmark Legal Foundation? Where are the others who are screaming on the various conservative networks and radio stations about this injustice? Why aren’t they doing something other than foaming at the mouth?
