I have no idea what the specific law is in DC. But, in most states including mine, autopsy reports are generally publicly available for the simple reason that the dead have no expectation of privacy. There are some exceptions for other death-related records (some of which don’t make sense). For instance, while you can generally get an autopsy reported, you can’t always get a death certificate unless you’re an ‘interested party.’ Not sure why that is.
And/But, government generally can claim a FOIA exception for information directly related to an ongoing criminal investigation. IOW, they’ll probably be able to hide the report for a good long while.
Also, can we please get the Capitol Police to release the name of the officer who shot and killed an unarmed Trump supporter, Ashli Babbitt? We also need to know exactly why he was not prosecuted.
How about the criminal who murdered Ashley?
God rest Officer Sicknick’s soul.
The occupying regime is taking political prisoners just like they did during Obama’s two terms.
Now in his third unconstitutional occupation, he is going cuckoo arresting Trump supporters who were just standing there. This is against the constitution also.
This regime must go.
One way or another.
