Sounds like a good plan!
EVERYONE who backed and signed ANY bill removing bail needs to have bail for ANYONE who committed a crime against them reduced to zero dollars.
Defense attorneys need to state exactly that in bail hearings in cases where their client was involved in a crime with someone who wanted to remove bail requirements.
Defense Attorney to the victim, “Just a reminder that you’re making a public statement to this court. Have you ever signed a petition, contributed money to a campaign, worked for, or voted for a program to remove cash bail?”
Victim: “ummm...yes”
Defense Attorney: “Your honor, as per this affirmation, my client needs to be released on their own recognizance.”
You want no bail? You live with it and don’t subject others to your lunacy.
