Miami Beach police are cracking down rowdy spring breakers after days of out-of-control parties in the seaside city that have included violence and drunken debauchery.
Mayor Dan Gelber said tens of thousands of visitors have overrun the Miami Beach Entertainment District — and the city will now step up police enforcement to curtail the behavior, according to WTVJ.

“If you have 50 or a 100,000 people coming there and just half of 1 percent are rowdy or drunk or high to the point where they need to be controlled, it becomes a situation which is truly chaotic and unmanageable,” Gelber reportedly said in a virtual city commission meeting Wednesday.

People go on spring break when they haven’t been in school all year??? REALLY!!
but its okay to bring in over 100,000 sickly poor illegals to mill about and take up US taxpayer paid benefits....including known terrorists...
Time to tell the Faucists where to get off!
At my age, I’ll take “drunken debauchery” for $1,000, Alex. All I could do would be to watch but that’s better than giving oneself an enema. /sarc
#4. They’re wearing their masks incorrectly. Too low to be effective against the Virus. Maybe against prying eyes, but....
I used to live in Miami and later frequented Miami with my family
Freepers don’t realize this is black spring break crowd
The ruined south beach
So they’ve moved up Collins and ruined it
Fortunately, they're not. Eeny-meeny-miney-moe........I'll escort that blonde, fourth from the left. She's built like a quarter horse.
What is that?
And this is different from the usual spring break how?
It’s black thugs
I’m incorrect....black spring break is south beach
North’s Collins in Miami Beach and broward county spring break is white...
For clarification
Their COVID-19 school years are an unstructured disaster.
Exactly. Same thing happens every spring break.
How are all the young persons paying for this? When I was in college (in the mid-80s), I would take the bus to my uncle’s house and spend “spring break” helping to babysit my cousins.

When I was in college in the mid 60s my spring break meant I could work full time days rather than part time nights.
Same here...my dad was a car dealer. I worked prep, parts, and service until I got DL at 16. Then used car sales.
When I was younger there were no snow days from school. 200 cars and a lot to clear!
My college-student son was already working full time (which is 30 hours these days). At least he gets extra sleep, though, and he can come over here and cadge a meal.
Are their parents paying? Why on earth would they?
