Eighteen months ago, liberals attempted to link the spike in anti-Semitic hate crimes to white supremacist actions. New York City mayor Bill de Blasio and the ADL highlighted the activities of white supremacist groups in upstate New York, despite all of the assaults being in the New York City metropolitan area, overwhelmingly perpetrated by black men. This culminated with black men killing Jews in Jersey City and Monsey, New York. Attempts were then made to rationalize them away rather than focusing on the anti-Semitic beliefs of black-nationalist groups, including the Nation of Islam.
The same dynamics seems to be unfolding with the current spike in anti-Asian hate crimes. In a New York Times article, Univision anchor Jorge Ramos argued that both the wave of anti-Asian and anti-Latino hate crimes reflect the racism of white Americans. He noted, ‘A common racist attack against the Latino community — and now increasingly, Asian Americans — is the demand, “Go back to your own country!”’ Nancy Pelosi also links this spike to white supremacist views.
White supremacists should be vigorously combatted. However, most victimized groups live in central cities where there are few white supremacists. Members of the Asian, Latino and LGBTQ communities may have much more to fear from young alienated black men whose pent up anger spills over into destructive, violent behaviors.
Using 2019 FBI statistics — the most recently available data — I computed black and white perpetrators of hate crimes as a percentage of men 18 to 44 years old in their populations. The black rate was 40 percent, 76 percent and 303 percent higher than the white rate for hate crimes against the Asian/Pacific Island, Latino and LGBTQ communities respectively.

To say nothing of the fake hate crimes reported by blacks. Every time a headline reads “ Noose in a tree” or “Spray painted sign in my car” or “Waitress gets racist note on ticket” it ends up being crapola.
They’re firing up the re-education farms already. It’s starting in corporate board rooms and starting to bleed out into the workforce. Things like “unconscious bias” and “anti-racism” are becoming required talking points for people in team meetings. It’s embarrassing.
Always important to remember that "white" in FBI statistics includes any Hispanic or mixed race person who "self-identifies" as white.
Also, the US Census Bureau classifies most immigrants from north Africa and the Middle East as "white."
My College President is hosting a Zoom meeting for faculty tomorrow to address the “Violence against Asians problem”. I can only imagine what will transpire, since I will not attend.
Iranians are “white”.
Turks are “white”.
Russians (how many ethnicities there?) are “white”?
And you’re right, “Hispanics”, which that very definition is completely bastardized in today’s world - they ID mostly as “white”.
At one time in FBI crime statistics Hispanics were listed as white as the perpetrators but had their own separate category as victims. I do not know if that is still the same way today.
Yes-I’m Hispanic, my color-and my DNA-says I’m White/Caucasian like most people of European and/or Eurasian ancestry-some Hispanics are Black and even a few are Asian-but most are Caucasian-thanks for pointing that out...
Indians from India are mostly Caucasian-so are a lot of other darker skinned people-”white” comes in a lot of shades...

Wife is Cuban (Catalan/Basque). White as well.
Now my wife has a Cuban cousin who is half-Chinese and looks 100% Chinese. She ID’s as “Hispanic”. As recently as 100 years ago, she would not have.

My ancestry is also Basque-rural people from the Pyrenees-so was my 1st husband, through his mother.
Two of my cousins are married to Hispanics who are mostly Black-both from the Miami area-one is from Puerto Rico, the other Cuban-the Cuban husband ID’s as Hispanic-his parents were from Cuba-but he was born in Miami...
In that case, they should be doing the same separating of each race by ethnic group as well-Asian/Hispanic, Asian/non Hispanic, Black/Hispanic, Black/non Hispanic etc, etc-and maybe do the same for all ethnic groups-White/Italian, White/French, Black/French. etc-that is more even handed but still ethnic profiling-which they claim they don’t do...
I do not recall which year, but I think before Trump became president.
Also in the recent past, the definition of rape was manipulated to conceal the fact that white males commit almost zero rapes against Black women, but Black males commit thousands of rapes against white women.
I cannot recall the exact rape details - I will send you a follow up when I remember.
