So, The state of Michigan must be removed from the vote presidential count.

Election fraud vetoed the whole of Michigan. No vote fr the President counted. All must be disallowed

“Now Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson is vulnerable to civil lawsuits. She is going to pay a lot of money to lawyers to defend herself.”

The money for her defense will come from us MI taxpayers who voted for PDJT.

Smart!

This part is incorrect:

“A Michigan judge ruled last week Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) broke state law “

Judge didn’t rule that SOS Benson broke any law. What he ruled was that SOS Benson didn’t follow proper procedure when issuing the directive and that the directive is not valid for future elections.

“The judge didn’t rule on whether Benson’s directive violated state election law, but did say the directive violated the Administrative Procedures Act, the process that must be followed when an agency creates new rules. “

Isn’t this one of many items that would have been brought up in court? You know, the courts that didn’t allow one case to be heard.

This is the same thing in all the ‘contested’ states.

On a side note, the Georgia legislature is advancing some bills to try and get a hold of the election debacle that took place here. From what I read, one of the the issues brought up in these bills is “mail-in voting”. An issue that, according to some of the state politicians, will be removed from the final bill once the state House and Senate do their thing, before sending it to Kemp’s desk.

So, the one thing that caused the on going train wreck we’re living through is going to be ignored, so Stacy Abrams can use it next year.

Let us see how the other states deal with it.

She knew what she was doing, just like Stacey Abrams, who knows how to steal elections.

Impossible for them to do that. In states where Republican’s control things, the penalties aren’t needed.

In states where Republican’s control the legislature but, somehow, Democrats have Gov, Lt Gov, SOS, & AG, nothing is going to be passed and signed into law, unless the Rs can override the veto. Maybe they can in Michigan. But without that ability, it goes no where.

Hell, in Georgia, where the Rs control everything, the aforementioned leadership positions are all filled with Democrats that play Republican and they wouldn’t dare set themselves up like that.

Even Europeans’ elections are fairer than ours. Many countries went back to paper ballots. It just shows you have much power elites have over Americans.

If she was acting in her official capacity won’t the state be paying her bills?

They did. I’m not absolutely certain, but I believe the MI GOP actually filed this lawsuit BEFORE the election and were unbelievably not granted any kind of pre-election relief even though the law could not have been clearer. She was unquestionably in violation.

So then, the court says, ‘Oh yeah, she can’t do that.’ And in the very next breath, says, ‘But, we can’t do anything about it now because the election is over.’

It really is Banana Republic kind of stuff.

Empty vindication. No results will be reversed, and no corrupt Dem election officials will pay any price whatsoever.

I don’t see why we have to just swallow it. That’s a bunch of bull crap. Plainly the court has just said it was illegal. So there should be a remedy to restore the injured party.

That’s a foundation of the legal system. If this was an election for Senator or Representative, it would be taken care of. There have been cases in the past, where they were removed due to illegalities.

Fight dirty too? Maybe but how about not giving up the fight to begin with?

November presidential elections need to be canceled in as many Republican controlled states as possible. Unless and until there are safeguards against Democrat fraud like this, legislators must reclaim their constitutional authority to choose presidential electors directly themselves, without any help from the voters.

The only true “national” popular vote occurs in December when the states send their electors to vote in the electoral college. So as a voter concerned with the integrity of our elections, I would be a single issue voter in my GOP primary, and would support the person who promises to reclaim the authority of the legislature in choosing those electors directly.
