A Michigan judge ruled last week Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson (D) broke state law when she unilaterally issued rules related to absentee balloting, legitimizing a key claim made by the Trump campaign in its legal challenges to the 2020 election.
Benson issued several unilateral orders during the 2020 election including sending absentee ballot applications to all registered voters. She also issued “guidance” on how to evaluate absentee ballots, a move Michigan Court of Claims Chief Judge Christopher Murray held violated the state’s Administrative Procedures Act.
In the guidance, Benson said “slight similarities” in signatures on absentee ballots should lead a counter to decide “in favor of finding that the voter’s signature was valid.”
Murray ruled Benson violated the law “because the guidance issued by the Secretary of State on October 6, 2020, with respect to signature matching standards was issued in violation of the Administrative Procedures Act (APA).”

ASTERISK President Biden.
You can give back the votes but you can’t change the election result. Prove it was stolen and what do you got?
They all waited until Biden couldn’t be tossed, then they told the truth....
Should be part of the rules that ANY changes in election law proposed by the non-legislative bodies needs to be implemented a year in advance.
Myself and Mrs. Gone one never got application for absentee ballots.
I don’t know of anyone who did.
Where did they go to?
Or, who did they go to.
And one more...
Mrs. Fonebone. Damn autocorrect

Crap like this was done in nearly every state. Only state legislatures can alter or enact election law, the Constitution is clear on that and the Supreme Court just ruled on it back in October.
mark
I blamed the steal on Pence for not throwing it back to the State legislatures of which he had the authority.
Laws! Laws! We don’t need no stinken laws!
It’ll be great to finally get all this evidence out. Things might be happening in Georgia. To what end, no one knows.
In Georgia they’re pushing through legislation to tighten the voting mechanisms. Lo and behold, the Governor, Lt Governor, SOS, and House Leader are OPPOSED to the one thing that made all of this happen.....Mail In Voting. So it’s being reported that it’ll get yanked from the final bill.
Restricting Stacy Abrams election stealing mechanism and how they stole the Presidency and two Senate seats isn’t too high on their list of priorities, I guess.
Bad things need to happen these people, the least of which is being removed from office.
Damn autocorrect
LOL! I do that all the time on family texts. Damn autophil. : ) free beer tomorrow!! I have one.
Put that many ballots on the street and somebody is going to harvest them.
The individual State legislatures ONLY have the authority to change their voting rules, according to the US Constitution. No other body nor the Governor has the authority. That's why the Nov 3rd was so obviously stolen in some swing states. That's also why the USSC found in favor for Bush v Gore because Florida tried to change their election rules mid-stream without a vote from their State legislature, IIRC.
People are arrested for vote crimes years after they stole them. It will be interesting to see how far up the arrests for this particular fraud will travel.
