That's my point. If these Sec'y of State want to implement a unilateral rule, they need to do it a year before an election.

Other than a declaratory relief, the lawsuit does not grant an audit because the state law does not specify comparing signatures.....so there is no tangible relief other than bragging rights.
This does nothing but offer a moral victory, but no one will care.
Judge Murray’s order is significant, because clerks and poll workers in future elections won’t be allowed to follow Benson’s policy of illegally presuming ballot signatures to be valid without being prosecuted.
If people in Michigan want a secretary of state to have no immunity against prosecution for implementing a bad election policy and to prosecute and sentence such a secretary of state, they’ll need to get a law passed to do it. The magical thinking of conspiracy theorists won’t get anything done. They only tell you that there’s no hope, and that you’re going to lose (what the Democrats say).

If we’d been more motivated to teach young people for a generation in advance ....... If we had not allowed the Left, through complacency, to take over the education and court system we could have taught young people.
