Russian police on Saturday detained about 200 participants at a forum of independent members of municipal councils, an action that comes amid the authorities’ multi-pronged crackdown on dissent.
Police showed up at the gathering in Moscow shortly after it opened, saying that all those present would be detained for taking part in an event organized by an “undesirable” organization. A police officer leading the raid said the detainees would be taken to police precincts and charged with administrative violations.

Pretty much as bad as the US “detaining” 400 people for having attended the Trump rally in DC...and they’re looking for more. Not for actually doing anything illegal, mind you, but for being there.

They were not arrested for attending a Trump rally. If they were there would be far more than 400 arrests so far because Trump knows how to draw a crowd. They were arrested for trespassing, theft, etc. I oppose rioting regardless of whether the rioters are antifa, Trump supporters, or antifa dressed up as Trump supporters.
It's the Communist Chinese that the JustUs Department are trying to please.
They weren’t rioting. The only thing the FBI and police “have” on them is that they were in the area...this from their cell phone call records.

The Oath Keepers didn’t do these things and weren’t even in the building but they are being arrested simply because they were Oath Keeper members and their cell phones could be traced to the rally (and not even the Capitol).
This is politically motivated harassment.
