If it’s prerecorded and edited, why wouldn’t we see a deep fake video.

Who’s to say that’s not what this was? The DeepFakes produced by various amateurs already look damn convincing. Imagine what could be done with the computing power, near-AI, and video technology available to the US Government. They’ve had plenty of time to tune the system to deliver the speech convincingly. I wouldn’t be at all surprised to find that there is an ongoing effort to generate an ultra-high quality DeepFake of Bai-Dian for this very purpose, and that the majority of his “appearances” will be “televised” rather than in-person. By summer the DeepFake might even be able to respond to questions and not appear any more incoherent than the actual person.
It is absolutely true. Blacks don’t get along with Asians, Hispanics and, of course, Whites. I’m not sure what they think of various indigenous peoples such as Native Americans, Australian Aborigines, and Pacific islanders.
After the Tom Cruise fakes by a single individual, it’s not unreasonable to assume the deep state can manufacture a Joek Biden clone saying anything they want.
Yes; truth not facts. One has to bear in mind that while “facts are stubborn things, ” to the woke everyone is entitled to his/her “own truth.” To the left truth is what ever you feel strongly about.

Why?
Because he is incapable of appearing before the nation and making a speech, so it had to be taped, cut and spliced so as to be presentable as a speech made by a competent person.
Only in this manner could his handlers, whomever they might be, make him presentable to the American Public.
If that does not scare you, you have a serious problem.

This was a bizarre speech. Who in the hell would write a speech like that? It was depressing, dark, and the delivery was awful.
Then the trick is to produce our own fake videos of Biden espousing conservative views and red herring videos of him bein’ a jacka$$.
Two can play at that game. Force him into Trump’s wheelhouse: Live Rallies.
Speaking of doctors, where’s Biden’s doctor’s certificate of health that was so terribly important with all other Presidents?
