Sen. Tommy Tuberville (R-AL) said Democrat representatives, not Republicans, are being provided Secret Service protection per Nancy Pelosi’s directives.
Tuberville contrasted Washington, DC’s, reaction to unrest on January 6 with dozens of violent and destructive leftist-driven riots in large American cities in 2020.
“This is all coming from the other end of the Capitol building, which is the House, Fort Pelosi,” Tuberville remarked. “Nancy Pelosi is in charge of all this. She was in charge of it when it all happened. The chief of police and sergeant-at-arms resigned, and Pelosi should have been right behind them, because she should have been on top of this.”
He added, “Now Pelosi wants to protect her and her group down there. They’ve all got huge [security]. American taxpayers are paying for these black SUVs with Secret Service going around with these all these Democratic congressmen around the Hill, not Republicans, but Democrats.
Tuberville described the $1.9 trillion spending bill as a “bank heist.”
“The two trillion dollars they passed … is not for COVID. It’s payback for getting elected, and paying all their buddies and these bad mayors and governors off across the country. . . now how much could we use that for our roads and highways and for the military. We only debated it for 25 hours. It’s the biggest scam to take American taxpayers’ money I’ve ever seen."
Tuberville said H.R. 1, named the For the People Act, would make America a one-party state run by Democrats if enacted as law.
If it were to pass, it’d be over,” he warned. “This country would be a Democrat socialist communist country, because there’d be no way that Republicans could get elected."
Tuberville noted left-wing and Democrat ideological hostility towards Christianity. “They hate Christianity — absolutely hate it .”

I welcome correction if I am wrong on this..., but as I have understood it, Congressmen, Senators have never been under Secret Service protection before, except under very specific circumstances; like being a candidate for President / VP after gaining a certain number of Primary votes or being on a specific dangerous mission commissioned by the President.
But maybe Nancy made Biden declare them all on a Presidential mission.
Also, I wonder if Biden has given Nancy back her ‘Air Force 3’ plane, that she was given under 0bama, despite not being entitled to it, and Trump took away.

I thought it was Brando himself who was the Regulator, and the term is also used for Jayhawkers in The Outlaw Josey Wales.
Both instances are an offshoot from the original Regulators in Western North Carolina (the Piedmont). Surprisingly some Hollywood writers understood the continuing usage of the term for groups of civilian law enforcement groups which were not ad hoc posses. It may be that the term appears in records from those times, mainly after the war between the states.
Both movies tended to portray Regulators as paid hit men for the State, but the original group was the opposite, opposed to Governor Tryon’s regime of corruption and theft.
