What’s in a name? If the name is “jimmies,” it’s hard to say, but one ice cream producer in Massachusetts isn’t taking any chances.
Brigham’s Ice Cream changed the name of its “Just Jimmies” flavor to “Just Sprinkles” sometime last year.

WTF is wrong with these people? and seriously WTF puts sprinkles on their ice cream?
Of course it’s racist! Everything is racist. Why, most white people I know lay awake at night thinking of new product names that will be offensive to blacks. We have nothing better to do than to think incessantly about which shade of Negro is the most reviled. I was at the white folk’s meeting in my town recently and the topic was about finding a way to make ice cream more racist.
If I don’t include a sarcasm disclaimer here I know what will happen.

Change it to Just Jimmuhs and say it’s names after a former president.
I was at a restaurant in SD where Native American food was featured. The Cherokee waitress and I got into a discussion about the Indian maiden being taken off the butter box and she said, "They are taking everything away from us!"
Is that really fair, to remove any semblance of people of color? That is how people of color are seeing it, like the decedents of Aunt Jemima.

You called? The whole idea of jimmies is pretty dumb, and changing one's business name over a non-existent SJW boogieman (wait, is boogieman raciss?) is doubly so. Guy should call his ice cream shop, Dum Dums, and promply go out of business.
