March 8 (UPI) -- A federal judge ruled Monday that the self-described "QAnon Shaman" must remain in jail pending further proceedings regarding charges related to his role in the Jan. 6 riot at the Capitol.
Judge Royce Lamberth ruled that Jacob Chansley may still present a threat to members of the general public and that no conditions could be placed on him to ensure he would appear before the court in the future.
In his opinion, Lamberth stated that Chansley exhibited "a detachment from reality" and "does not understand the severity of the allegations against him."
"At hearing and in his briefs, [Chansley] characterizes himself as a peaceful person who was welcomed into the Capitol building on Jan. 6 by police officers," Lamberth wrote. "The court finds none of his many attempts to manipulate the evidence and minimize the seriousness of his actions persuasive."

This isn’t something that an impartial judge would write. The fix is in, he is screw-diddley-ewed.

I wonder what the politically-selected date is for his trial. I’d bet its 1 or 2 months before the 2022 election so the Dem/MSM complex can pump up the “insurrection” story again before the election. The trial will be in DC before a Rat judge and Rat jury so guilt is predetermined.

I haven’t seen any evidence (and he was all over the place on video and photos) that he posed a threat to anyone on Jan. 6, much less now. He certainly shouldn’t have trespassed, but he wasn’t armed, he wasn’t part of some pre-planned conspiracy or insurrection (and he hasn’t been charged for that), he apparently didn’t physically attack anyone or threaten them, and he chatted pleasantly with a cop on video. It’s pretty clear by this point that he’s a political prisoner, and that’s all. Violent leftists have been left out by the hundreds in recent times while being far more of a threat to people’s safety than this guy.
So now, if you are a Trump supporters, or caught anywhere near a Trump event, in order to be released, you must show coml.ete ck tuition and submission? Kinda sounds like what the Japanese did to captured soldiers when they forced them to give. I’ve video or audio reports praising the Japanese and clai ing everything was fine, and how sorry they were.
Political decision. No flight risk. Not dangerous.

This is the guy that the prosecution argues might spread conspiracy theories as one of the reasons he must remain locked up.
The judge represents the Democratic Party, not the law and the Constitution, and since the Party is never wrong, we can dispense with the bourgeois fiction of the presumption of innocence.
