A New York man with ties to Roger Stone and links to the far-right militia the Oath Keepers has been arrested by federal agents on charges tied to the Capitol riots in January, law enforcement officials with knowledge of the case told News 4 Monday.
Roberto Minuta, 36, is expected in federal court in White Plains later in the day.
Minuta, a tattoo artist, was previously identified by CNN and others as having provided security for Stone the morning of Jan. 6, prior to the riots. He was arrested at a business in the Newburgh area Saturday.
Attorney information for him wasn't immediately available, nor were specifics on the charges against him.
Law enforcement officials also identified another man Monday who is now facing charges in the Capitol riot case: 32-year-old Isaac Sturgeon of Dillon, Montana. Sturgeon was arrested at JFK Airport on Saturday, returning from Kenya, the officials said.
He allegedly is seen on bodycam footage shoving barricades at police on the day of the riot and faces multiple related counts, including physical violence and obstruction, as well as civil disorder.

At least they are using the same investigatory power to identify and incarcerate the rioters who destroyed so many American cities over the summer. Gotta get those bad guys!

You know there is something very wrong with the country when people who pledge to uphold the constitution are identified as enemies of the State.

Sounds very militaristic.
It says a lot that DC calls someone who swears to keep their oath “an extremist”.
I don’t know if the Oath Keepers are a “militia,” but they are current and former police, military, and first-responders. Their website sells body armor and helmets, so there is definitely a militaristic feel to the group, but I don’t know if they engage in any sort of group training or exercises.

The Washington D.C. jury might not see it that way.
Well, it was nice knowing you guys for I also have very tenuous ties to Roger Stone and was also at the Capitol on January 6.
A few years ago, I was riding with a friend of mine, who’s pretty tied in to Republican circles. Roger Stone called him and I overheard the conversation. (Although I don’t remember a word of it, I’m still guilty)
I guess the jack booted thugs will be tearing my door down any minute.
No charges mentioned for the first person- who was Stone's security person?
Second person-more serious charges made against him, but what does that have to do with Stone?
