Where have you been? Stephon Clark in Sacramento was guilty of, at best, trespassing and, at worst, attempted burglary. He was unarmed, police shot him, no indictment. Columbus police shot an unarmed black man in his garage, no indictment. Breonna Taylor was unarmed, shot by police, no indictment. Police in Georgia shoot a kid holding a video game controller, no charges. Police in Nevada shoot a man detained for carrying a weapon in a Las Vegas Costco, no charges. A kid carrying a toy pistol in Cleveland, no charges. Police shoot unarmed people all the time and they walk away with it. There is absolutely nothing surprising about the lack of charges in this case.
Which has what to do with the fact that the Capitol Police will get off without charges after shooting Babbitt?
Hillary got away with murder, so did Bill, so did Obama, so did Holder, so did Lynch, so did LBJ, so did Cuomo, so has De Blasio and on and on.
Ashli Babbitt means nothing to the Socialist Democrats. She was just a bump in the road.

Have you seen the videos of the shooting. There were multiple police within feet of her. They didn’t see some immediate threat to the point of using deadly force. Multiple cops around her without weapons drawn but someone on the other side of the window shot her then ran away. Almost like they wanted to kill someone to increase the narrative.

You should avoid law enforcement work. There is no, none, zero, nada legal right to shoot anyone for the unarmed approach to a congressman, even if they broke a door or window to do so.
Arrest, yes.
There is no legal underpinning that a cop can designate a “secured zone” where he can shoot from ambush any unarmed person entering it.
And the burden falls onto the cop to demonstrate how he knew a person was armed. But even that is not enough. Say she had a pistol in a holster. There has to be a move by that person to threaten someone. You cannot even shoot them simply for being there with a gun. You can try to arrest, and that could escalate to deadly force. But by itself? No.
And that doesn’t mean congressmen down the hall hiding in an office. It means standing right there as her act indicates the congressman is going to be the target of an immediate battery from her weapon capable of inflicting death or great bodily harm.
In short, you watch too many movies, are sorely uneducated on the topic, and do not have the -slightest- concept of when and how a police officer may use deadly force.
As an example, there was a guy a year or two ago who hopped the fence, ran into the White House and through the ground floor. The President is a secret service protectee. Nobody fired a shot.
Hiding the identity of the officer who killed her “ obstruction of justice” at the least.

This will be happening over and over again during the coming years...

I can only imagine how different these comments would be if this was an Oregon State Trooper who shot and killed an ANTIFA member who was trying to get to elected officials in the Salem Capitol Building.
