Trump’s got a point.

McConnell is despised by both Republicans AND Democrats.

People like to point at Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer as nasty, utterly
corrupt examples, when they have always been 2nd fiddle to the sneakiest,
most corrupt entity there... Mitch McConnell.

(And his sidekick Linsey Graham.)

“In the latest statement, responding to false accusations from the Wall Street Journal that he is responsible for the loss of two Republican Senate seats in Georgia, lays the blame squarely on Republican Governor Brian Kemp and McConnell.”

Trump put the $2,000 check idea into the Democratic playbook.

“I definitely interpreted Warnock and Ossoff’s many advertisements and interviews where they spoke explicitly of getting people ‘$2,000 checks,’ as meaning $2,000 checks,” Atlanta, Georgia-based YouTuber Mac Holmes told Mediaite. “If they meant $1,400 on top of the previous $600, why continue advertising $2,000 checks after the $600 was already passed? That’s at best misleading and at worst an outright lie.”

“If voters thought they meant new, separate $2,000 checks, why not just do that?” Holmes continued. “The $2,000 checks were one of the main reasons Democrats flipped Georgia. If they want it to stay that way, they should be relentlessly fighting for the $2,000 checks many voters thought they were being promised.”

Note that the Code of Georgia §21-2-570 provides that “Any person who gives or receives, offers to give or receive, or participates in the giving or receiving of money or gifts for the purpose of registering as a voter, voting, or voting for a particular candidate in any primary or election shall be guilty of a felony.”

“’When you send me and Reverend Warnock to the senate, we will pass those two thousand dollar stimulus checks that the people need, that families need to stay on their feet and in their homes,’ Ossoff reiterated.”

Certainly Kemp is to blame for even nominating Loeffler to the Senate seat. And Loeffler is to blame for running a horrible campaign.

The Republicans lost the sets in Georgia because they made a deal to get rid of Trump, and it backfired.

"Mitch McConnell, the most unpopular politician in the country, who only won in Kentucky because President Trump endorsed him. He would have lost badly without this endorsement."

That's some dopey hyperbole.

Kentucky Primary featured 6 palookas who couldn't get to 20% combined. No valid primary candidate, no upset.

Main event featured baby eater Amy McGrath, who lost by 19.53%. "He would have lost badly", my ass. I don't like Miotch but he was re-elected at 7:00:01pm ET the moment the polls closed.

The better take by Trump should have been to laser focus on the Democrats running 75M jammed through Amy McGrath's terrible campaign -- money laundering! Her media buys were not that much more than McConnell, who spent a fraction of that defending. Her non-associate SuperPAC media buys were also not that saturated. Where did ALL THAT MONEY GO? The Campaign Legal Center has hauled her fat ass in front of the FEC!

If we're going to talk about election fraud we need to not just talk about voter fraud, and here Trump missed a golden opportunity to put her SuperPACs into the Narrative and on the defensive.

But no, that's just too much goddamn effort for even the former President, much less anyone here to understand...

As for Miotch, Secretary of State Daniel Cameron will trounce Lil Andy for Ky Governor 2023, then appoint himself to Miotch's seat when Miotch retires somewhere in 2025-2026.

Mr. Trump should primary little Marco Rubio and win his seat in the Senate and give the senate bird brains living hell. That would be fun to see.

President Trump would do well to identify all newspapers who are more conservative than not and begin grooming them to support the movement. We have so few outlets and need to strengthen the ones we have. The WSJ has given us some good press in the past and also the NY Post. There are some others.
