With reparations, there is the issue of who pays. Do African countries owe reparations to black Americans? After all, Harvard's director of the Hutchins Center for African & African American Research, Henry Louis Gates, wrote that 90% of those enslaved and shipped to the New World were sold by Africans to European slavers. All whites? Only whites? Nonwhites? Are payments owed for the time before the United States became a country?

I would up the anti to $500/month up to 5 years to leave and never come back.
That bonus offer would expire when 20 million people actually leave.
Don’t limit it to Blacks. Anyone, who wants to leave can get the bonus. They can pick the country to go to. If that country will accept them.
All illegals have no choice and have to leave.
Again, as you noted, they surrender any passport and other ID and swear to never return. Retinal scans would probably work here to keep returnees out.
SLAVE OWNER FAMILIES LIKE CAMEL-A- HAIR A## AND ZIPPY THE A## CLOWN ARE HANDING OUT REPARATIONS, FUNNY
I’d be happy to make a one time reparations payment, if only they would first reimburse me for all the money I’ve already paid through my tax dollars for for their welfare checks, Section 8, WIC, EBT, medical care, etc., etc., etc....
My late mother picked cotton in the 30s from 5-15 years old. OH and if I identify as black - have a great tan darker than many blacks, brown eyes and curly hair.
