The president of Berkeley’s teachers’ union is being condemned by parents’ groups and reopening advocates after a “guerrilla” video showed him taking his two-year-old daughter to in-person preschool.
Matt Meyer, the Berkeley Federation of Teachers’ president, was recorded in the video, recorded sometime last week, holding his daughter’s hand as he walked her to an unidentified preschool in the Bay Area.

This is like the third or fourth article about this incident posted today. And everyone seems to be missing the obvious.
While this guy is an educrat and a hypocrite. It must be noted that he has no choice but to take his two-year-old daughter to a private preschool instead of a public preschool.

The kid is 2 years old. It’s not a classroom. Sheesh, give it a rest and stop posting this non-story.

I’m not stipulating that he has “no choice”. Even if it is true, what’s your point?

The point is that there are no public preschools for two-year-olds. So where else is he going to take his daughter?
