If this racist whites cannot be changed then there are two solutions. Nr. 1 is to exterminate the white race, however defined and Nr. 2 is to accept it understanding that European Whites built the civilization that has enriched other “races” to the extent they have participated. Even the Chinese who are arguably higher IQ has reached modern technological heights by stealing from the civilization built by the “white race,” more specifically by Europeans and their progeny. A Doctor of Education (EdD) is a professional degree designed for practitioners pursuing educational leadership roles. A PhD in education, on the other hand, is designed to prepare graduates for research and teaching roles.
They are explaining away their own shortcomings and inability to thrive in a modern Western society; assimilation has failed, and rather than take responsibility, they’ll point fingers. It is “raciss” to ask students to show their work, or use trash cans for garbage, wear Western clothing properly, or speak English properly...
I’d imagine this only occurs in schools where there are few or no white students; if not, then they’ll just end up with segregated schools. A friend that taught in an urban school in NJ years ago had 0 white students; in fact, it was 100.000000% black.

Your post is right on the mark in every way. I’m here to add a note for the taxpayers of that district that they should be aware just that one associate superintendent is strong 6-figure salary (probably $200k) plus all the staff she has managed to accumulate to enhance her fiefdom. The minimum SJW $$$ score is probably around $500k, if such info could be sussed out of their inscrutable budget documents. As your note concerning the doctorate degree indicates, the whole thing is a total scam having little to do with giving a better education in return for the taxpayer wallet skimming at tax-time.
