Customs and Border Protection officials are bracing for as many as 13,000 unaccompanied children crossing into the U.S. in May, according to a report.
“We’re seeing the highest February numbers that we’ve ever seen in the history of the [Unaccompanied Alien Child] program,” a Health and Human Services official told Axios.
The record surge of migrant kids will require a continued expansion of the country’s network of migrant-child shelters.
CBP warned top administration officials of the peak May numbers during a telephone meeting on Thursday involving senior-level officials with HHS, Homeland Security and the State Department, Axios said.
During the meeting, officials also discussed investing in Central American countries in ways that could help stem the conditions that cause migrants to flee, Axios said.
There was no talk of reinstating the Trump administration’s use of emergency health orders to quickly deport migrant minors.

If it were up to the Border Patrol, we’d be hearing different reports BUT this is from Biden’s HHS official who will be playing the bureaucratic game. Psaki said they are only holding “unaccompanied” children so they can be matched up with parents. She’s still looking for the definition of “unaccompanied” in her binder. Take a look at it - it’s very impressive - much thicker than Kayleigh’s.

The Deplorables want a Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement bill, missing since 1986 ONE TIME amnesty. Since that amnesty was granted already, a second amnesty is off the table. What remains is the enforcement the Democrats have disallowed since then.
The List of Comprehensive Immigration Enforcement, missing since 1986 goes like this -
1) southern barrier;
2) require eVerify to hire;
3) end all chain migration;
4) birthright per Minor v. Happersett (plural parents);
5) end work visas;
6) 10-year moratorium on all new applications for citizenship (40 years to allow workplace automation effects on downsizing population);
7) Set up an illegal aliens’ victim restitution fund.
Enactment of these provisions will motivate illegal aliens to SELF-deport, and remove colonizadors from our welfare rolls.
