Rep. Adam Schiff (D-CA), Chairman of the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence, criticized the Biden administration for the way it notified Congressional leaders about the U.S.’s military strike targeting Iran-backed military groups in eastern Syria on Thursday evening.
Schiff, who is a member of the Gang of Eight which receives briefings on classified intelligence matters by the executive branch, told CNN reporter Manu Raju that Biden’s “means of notification” if the strike was “inadequate.”

“Biden didn’t order the strike. He is too incapacitated. Whoever is actually in control did. I have no idea who that would be, but I’m afraid I’m going down the conspiracy theory rabbit hole. Starting to think that maybe ... just maybe ... we really are under a form of martial law.”
While martial law certainly sounds better than the Fascist state the present rulers are quickly taking us to, I do worry about what form of martial law we may have. If they’re back to the Democrat game of using civilians for target practice, as was done here, then it’s possible that Obama and/or Skunk Cabbage may actually be back to running things.

At this point, I’m more worried that Harris didn’t know (Biden is too out of it to matter, at this point), as that shows that someone is approving air strikes and neither Harris or Biden knows. So who is now running our military, and what are the planning to do with it?

It's even funnier to me, with my understanding that even Bidan (sic) was not aware of the Syrian strike. Indeed, a later Boebert tweet asks that question: "Was Biden informed?"
I recall an EO (which #?) from before 1/21 that, for "transition purposes", the retiring POTUS retains military control for 60 days. Ergo, the strike order was made by DJT, under what is essentially Bidan/Commie-la's watch.
