If you went to a surgeon and told him/her that your leg or arm was “wrong” and that you would like for him/her to cut it off, he would rightfully refer you to a psychiatrist. But for some strange reason, if you ask him/her to cut off your breasts or penis, they would be encouraged by the same psychiatrist to do it.

That much is true.
“Gender” is a social/psychological construct — i.e. it’s all in the mind. That’s why one can be ‘gender-fluid’, and why there are countless ‘genders’. Changing ‘genders’ is, in essence, no more than changing your mind.
OTOH, ‘sex’ is a biological fact, and cannot be changed in any way. (At least now — maybe, in the future it will be possible, with some sort of genetic manipulation.) Biology matters in the locker-room, in the bathroom, and on the playing field. So far, the number of sex-change operations, ever, on the entire planet = 0. If any male (XY) ever has an actual sex-change operation (i.e. converts every cell in his body to XX), then, and only then, should he=>she be allowed to play sports as a female.
If everyone insisted on using the words correctly, much of the confusion could be eliminated. That’s why ‘they’ (you know who ‘they’ are) keep using the terms incorrectly. It’s a massive gaslighting conspiracy.
They are currently considering legislation in the Netherlands and Germany to allow just that type of self mutilation.

I was watching the Jazz show, when he had his lopitoffame. On the next show, his surgeon (not the transgender one) called his new surgeried opening his “wound.” Since Jazz has to open it routinely to make sure it doesn’t close, that surgeon is correct (Jazz kept calling it a v-gina, and, when responding, the surgeon called it a wound).
