All that work for, and faith in, Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett! As with John Roberts before, we are once again the victims of unrequited affection and lost labor. Like other Republicans, I expended lots of hours and effort to do my part in getting all three confirmed. I wrote articles, did radio and TV interviews, gave speeches, called Senators and asked my friends to do so, and spoke to countless people.
I even attended the Senate Hearings for two of them; and in the case of Kavanaugh went face-to-face against a wild group of “feminists” blocking my way to the Senate hearing room, was bad-mouthed by them while in waiting-lines, and harassed in the office taken over by these “non-insurrection” protestors while trying to get my pre-arranged ticket which they had dumped. (Interestingly, when complaining to police how the “progressive” protestors had taken over Senator Grassley’s office, the Capitol Police replied: “This is a public space, open to the people, and we cannot stop them from exercising their right of speech and assembly”).
I have traveled over 800 miles, paid for motels, and over the years took off work so as to help these nominees become confirmed justices. Like so many others on our side, we believed in them. Finally, strong justices, conservative like us. The Court was finally ours… a dream come true.
Well, the dream has died and our hopes for the Great Cause have not been respected by those in whose behalf we so tirelessly worked.

Negative sells.
They are both left-wing Fascists’, shame on them for lying to get this position.
What is your read on these three turds?
People were foolish to believe McConnell was going to go to the wall for faithful conservatives. Kavanagh, Barrett and Gorsuch were all handpicked not by worried about individual liberty but instead, by the US Chamber of Commerce.
They’re there to make sure US corporate interests are protected. Sometimes that will align with conservative values, but many other times it won’t. We have the same number of conservatives on the court as we did in 2000: Two.
Maybe making that list was a mistake. It ave the mob all they needed to dig for dirt they needed for the blackmail.
They’re all Catholic?
Did Amy adopt her kids through Epstein like Roberts?
Rabbi Spero is a frequent guest on Steve Bannon's War Room. This man will fight.
Conservatives marveled at Mitch McConnells' ability to fill vacant judicial seats, giving the impression that he might actually be on our side. It's looking more like a hoodwinking occurred and old cocaine Mitch got the last laugh line.
No matter how good your intentions are, things change when you get into a position of power like this. All of a sudden reality sets in that your friends, family, and even your dog are all targets for removal at any moment if you do not play along with the mafia extortion agenda. And that you cannot prevent this reality.
We all would like the outcome to be what WE think. It doesn't work that way.
Now, I can believe one motivation here - by giving the liberals most of what they want they have probably forestalled court packing - for the time being. But that is a phyrhic Victory at best. At worst everyone loses because we have no rules anymore except the rules that the leftist mob decides to impose through intimidation and force.
Negative what sells?
A negative opinion by Rabbi Spero?
Or a series of negative outcomes by the Court ignoring rampant election fraud on the voters AND on the courts?
As a literalist, it helps to see the laws being considered laid out before me. That is crucial in determining whether a judge is legislating or interpreting.
In the case of the Pennsylvania election case, I had heard that some states’ legislatures had on their own legislated in the past that their governor or secty of state was conferred with the legislature’s power to certify their state’s electors.
If true, a scotus judge then must decide if a legislature violated the constitution by conferring that power, or if is okay for them to confer.
Congress has for generations conferred on the president the congressional power to wage clandestine war. Does that suggest that legislatures do have the authority to confer their powers on other entities?
They’ve already proven themselves sold out.
The question is whether it is run of the mill threats after they took office or whether they were complicit plants all along.
(And my money is on the latter.)
or.. they actually are very conversative and are just not going along specifically with Trumps elections law suits with threats by the left of a willingness to pack the court. And don’t want to give them an excuse.
Americans are/were STUPID to think that the Vatican/CCP
was not protected by the CIA and US military,
even as THEIR bioweapons (new enhanced virus, and DNAoperating systems) and voting control systems(Leonardi)
were released (and forced) on the population
even though the “vaccine” death rate is 100x +
that of the virus and they STOLE the election.
At least they are not Elena Kagan.
I feel the pain of this Rabbi, but you must understand how law works and what you can expect “conservative” judges to do. They do NOT fight fire with fire which is what we need right now, they “uphold the law”. As to the laws involved we must realize that the enemy strategy in this election was effective and legal. We were caught blind-side by a Soros funded strategy that was implemented before the 2018 midterms, namely to put individuals in key places of authority to verify the election results. Look at where his money went, and you will see how it worked.
Remember any law written and passed without provision for enforcement, and without penalty is no law. The Rabbi is asking ACB and Kavanaugh to create an enforcement provision or enforce a penalty on their own. This is something we cannot expect them to do, though liberal activist judges do it routinely.
Our side is incredibly naïve about these things. Even now rather than moaning over this, can we not find a real way forward?
Always appreciate your work here Kaslin. You are a real asset. I cannot say enough!
