The warning is nice. But you don’t get to shoot someone for a non-violent felony such as breaking and entering or trespass.

I just re-watched the video. A couple of things:
There were 3 UNIFORMED guards with badges and shoulder marking guarding the doors where Babbitt was shot. They were standing with their backs to the doors IN CLEAR VIEW of the shooter. The shooter claiming he couldn’t see any guards is lying.
There was a 4th plainclothes security guy standing right beside them.
IMPORTANT - One of the uniformed guards looks to the back of the crowd, sees something, and then tells the other two guys to get out from in front of the door.
From the time the last guard moved from having his back to the doors until Babbitt was shot is only about 18-20 seconds.
When the shooter fires his weapon, had he not shot Babbitt, he would have hit a uniformed guard standing DIRECTLY behind her in the corner next to the door. This uniformed guard was in PLAIN SIGHT of the shooter before she climbed into the window. He was looking right at the guard.
The claim he is making that he couldn’t see any guards is a demonstrable lie.
3 seconds after she hits the floor, armed SWAT members can be seen standing beside her.

When you watch the early part, it is clear these are Antifa leading the attack, not the people at the "Save the Vote Rally" in the Ellipse 45 minutes to a hour away on foot. Ashli Babbit's shooting is after the 1:10:00 to 1:13:00.
A couple of points to make.
I as suspicious of any conservative news site created since Trump started running that tells me anything I want to hear. Quite a few are just as bad as the MSM when it comes to propaganda and others are just cashing in on a populist Presidency.
A violent mob is a violent mob. Breaking windows to get into a building, and confronting and trying to provoke Police by throwing punches on either side of their head while backed up a door, is violent. The people in a mob are not going to act 100% rational in ways people think they would while calmly reviewing videos of it after the fact.
