I am doubting that there will be a SOTU speech at all.
Up until the advent of radio there was no State of the Union address. It was merely a written statement issued from the president to Congress.
Biden may just do that instead.

Not true. First term presidents, in their first year, a month after their inauguration, do NOT give a SOTU address.
They give an inaugural address, and the first SOTU is a year later at the end of their first year in office.

Joe isnt really the POTUS, there is barbed wire around the Capitol, illegals are pouring across the border, systemic racism is a national crisis, gas prices are going up, schools are still closed, and we are awaiting a third wave of COVID due to mutants.
