I don’t see where Dominion has been harmed....so I don’t see the suit against Mike as succeeding. It’s not like Mike has been the only one questioning Dominion’s roll in the election.
Anyone who’s visible and close to Trump and supports him is a target they will go after their financial stability.
And Lindell is not the only one who has been sued. Giuliani, Powell, Wood, all have been on the receiving end of billion dollar lawsuits.
As for Lindell, if he really thinks he has a smoking gun on Dominion then he'll have a chance to show it in court.
What is justice in America any more when you can judge shop for some political hack who has probably never read the US Constitution?
Should not Dominion sue the state of Texas? The company was run out of Texas for “alleged” irregularities in their tallies.
I have read that vultures vomit on their attackers as a means of self-defense, to ward them off. That is what Dominion is doing with their lawsuit accusations. Now, are accusations used to smear an opponent in court evidence of innocence on the part of the accuser. Would it not be better to establish innocence with tangible evidence?
The goal is not to win, but to drain his bank account. If Mike wins, he still loses.
