Garland replied: “Well, I haven’t thought about that question. I just haven’t thought about that question.”
“I think, you know, the president had made clear that we are a country with borders and with a concern about national security. I don’t know of a proposal to decriminalize but still make it unlawful to enter. I just don’t know the answer to that question – I haven’t thought about it,” he adds.
And now - This is going to be our Justice Dept. leader and he can’t answer how he will deal with illegal entries? You mean he has never thought about illegal immigration in his over 30 years in office? Unbelievable!
How much are we paying this guy? This sounds like Pelosi, you’ll find out what I think once I get appointed.
I want to be nice, but I can't help but think that this guy is a fraud, huckster and pretty good at dodging a perfectly simple and RELEVANT question.
