Is Coca Cola sponsoring racism? That's the claim. You be the judge.
‘Try To Be Less White’
When I first saw this story I was highly skeptical.
However, the training course is available online and Coca Cola is doing its best to try to back down from the course.

Late Sunday evening NewsWeek reported Coca-Cola, Facing Backlash, Says 'Be Less White' Learning Plan Was About Workplace Inclusion
Coca-Cola, facing mounting backlash from conservatives online, has responded to allegations of anti-white rhetoric after an internal whistleblower leaked screenshots of diversity training materials that encourages staff to "try to be less white."
A Coca-Cola spokesperson confirmed that the course is "part of a learning plan to help build an inclusive workplace," but also noted that "the video circulating on social media is from a publicly available LinkedIn Learning series and is not a focus of our company's curriculum."

If Coca-Cola did not authorize and pay for the the training, the slides would not have their logo, Karlyn would be in deep legal trouble, and Twitter would have removed the Tweet.

Funny, huh? I’ve been watching the immersion of white youth into black music culture for a couple of decades now. White, suburban teens who wanted to be cool took on the dress code, including low-slung, baggy pants, unlaced tennis shoes, hat turned to the side, and also the slang. As long as they were buying up the products offered by the black music industry, they were okay. Still thought of as ridiculous, but mostly harmless.
Guess that’s not true anymore.

Whites working in management in Corporate America should just resign.
Imagine you were an evil foreign regime trying to destroy the United States from within. This is EXACTLY the stuff you would promote. The commies have been working acceptance of this sort of nonsense into mainstream American culture for decades.
When I was a kid I thought White was a color. In high school I found out it is the combination of all colors. Now I’m told that it is the sign of evil racism, and that I need to be stripped of my belongings to bow down in abject submission, and to be refused forgiveness for the sins of people who are now dead.
I resent that unfair, prejudiced attitude.
Looking at post 40, I can’t find anything on its list I find bad or hateful. Most civil societies would do well to emulate it. Maybe, edit the following points and all races or creeds would live well under it:
religion-all religions have a place in a civil society as
long as its members do not treat members of other
religions badly or harm them
aesthetics-all women have beauty, inner and outer as do all
God’s creatures
competition-majority rules when all voters have equal
access.
Replace “white” with almost anything and they’d be so triggered they would spontaneously combust.
Being of (far) Northern European extraction a tanning bed wouldn’t do any good for me...I’d just turn as red as a lobster.

I am so glad that I grew up when America was a country to be so very proud of, and we didn’t have to run and hide at every little thing that might offend someone else.
