A couple of the Lake Hood chatters mentioned that it’s snowed very little on the east side of town where they live. It hasn’t stopped at the airport though it’s heavy at times and light other times. Light at the moment but 10 minutes ago it was thick with fat, fluffy flakes.
I, too, hope the snow guys show up tomorrow to get some of that snow mountain in your yard. That pile is huge.

It was a beautiful day. All who could were there today. We have gotten even smaller than we were with the two deaths and one older couple who have practiclly hidden out because of the virus. A few were missing, but they have their reasons. It was nice to get to go out to eat again!
I read that you had warm weather today, too. WooHoo for both of us. It’s still 48, which is a heat wave compared to last week! I’m sure you feel the same. LOL

It’s 48 degrees here, too, and that’s almost 20 degrees warmer than it was this time last night.
So sorry y’all lost a couple of members last month. :-( The good thing is you didn’t lose more than you did.
Yes, it could have been much worse. 8 of us had it and 2 died. RIP. One died because he 1) had pneumonia and 2) was already weakened by other issues. The lady, Kathy, had heart problems and other issues. She thought she was over the virus and then died from a weakened heart.
48 felt really nice when I let Peaches out a bit ago. He’ll stay out longer now...and Li’l Bit isn’t trying so hard to get in. LOL! I do need to clean their bedding after all the hours they spent cooped up.
Well we had to work yesterday and today to get some things done for a customer.
I’m tired and haven’t felt well for a couple days so working didn’t help.
I am off to bed and will try and catch up on sleep.
I’m not a young buck anymore, that’s for sure.
At least the worst is behind you now and with luck, no one else will get sick.
After the cold y’all endured, I reckon 48 DOES feel nice this time of night. LOL I’m sure the kitties appreciate the break. No fun staying balled up all the time to stay warm and have to reeeeeeeally think about it to slip out for a quick bite to eat.
They do seem happier and can stay and for a leisurely meal and their water isn’t a popcicle. LOL!
Are the ice disks you dumped in the yard still there or have they melted?
That hassle is over for you and the kitties can have a nice long drink whenever they please. Relief on both fronts.

Oh, those ice disks are looooong gone. LOL! I have moved the food dishes and the water dish away from the door and back to their original location. I think that makes the kitties happy too. They like things to stay the same. :)

Yeah, I’d say the kitties are happy to have everything back where it belongs. Cats really do not like change.
