Over 90 % of Israeli citizens over the age of 65 have already received their first shot - whether they are Jewish, Muslim or other. Priority is by medical vulnerability, not religion or ethnicity.
Israel is also assisting (and paying) to get vaccine to the purportedly “Independent” Palestinian population, ahead of most of the Arab world.

The only person who laughs at Micheal Che jokes is Michael Che. The only less talented “comic” on TV is Trevor Noah.
That “relative handful” of Jews who voted for Trump was (by some accounts as much as 30%, probably the highest ever. I am an Orthodox Jewish Constitutional Conservative and I love this country, always have. There are many, many like me.

It was true- there were no guns there. A brilliant thoracic surgeon- became friends for 20 years. The details of this, were appalling including Che’s maniacal laughter.
