Ever since FDR threatened to pack the SCOTUS, the SCOTUS has cowered in fear from that threat. The trouble is, that like any other type of blackmail, once you give in to the threat, all you have left is additional threats. More demands. You become a slave.
Long before the election, the Democrats once again threatened to pack the court. And no matter how many times Chief Justice Roberts bends the knee to them, they will just keep demanding that the court ignore the constitution and do what they want.
You must think nobody’s done any planning for these types of events.
You are correct in terms of punctuation rules, but I’m afraid the Bill of Rights has it with the comma. Anyone knows what it means though, comma or not.

The ATF Marshals, Home Security....whatever will be ordered to carry it out.

My position is that the meaning of the word “infringe” and the intention of the Founders is that the Right to keep and bear Arms, should not be trespassed upon by ANY LAW.
The word “fringe,” implies “edge,” which certainly was meant that there will be not even a close approach to regulate that right which was given only second place behind “Free Speech!”
Most gun laws that are on the books, today, are unconstitutional. Biteme is unable to reason. How can he suggest a law or issue an Executive Order when he is insane?

All it takes is a governor of a large state saying No You Won’t Enforce That Here and calling up their state militia to prevent federal law enforcement from doing so.
Then it isn’t the fed moving against individuals, but against a state government.

If the state is a Florida, Texas or Ohio a militia callup could bring out MILLIONS of volunteers to support the governor.
I am ready to answer a callup by my governor and have let him know it - you need to let your governor know that you will do the same with your governor IF you are in a state with a governor who isn’t a dirtbag.
This is the LEGAL way to resist a federal government decree the ONLY LEGAL WAY.
Forget about hogcrap like Convention of States and court challenges.
We are STILL a union of states and the feds can’t dictate how a governor runs their state.
This is how the Civil War began - Lincoln sent a call to state governors for militia volunteers (which he had a right to do).
He didn’t count on some states not only refusing but calling up militia to resist Lincoln’s degree - an effort which failed because only relatively weak states opposed Lincoln’s order.
It has to be strong states like Florida Texas Ohio Georgia and Indiana.
Together those states have a population of nearly 80 million and a 10% callup would bring 8 million volunteers - more than the entire US military.

- a callup by the governor makes them LEGAL “well regulated militia” according to the Constitution and they come out OVERNIGHT.

Contact your governors and let them know you will answer a militia callup and that you want them to use a militia callup to resist any even QUESTIONABLE executive decrees.
If a constitutional amendment throws out the 2nd Amendment that is legal, but any other decree by the courts or a president is QUESTIONABLE at best.
This is what the coup operators FEAR MOST and is the only thing holding them back.
The day they become certain there will be no militia resistance is when the ATF and national guard starts banging on doors at 4am and old army bases become re-education centers.
Regular police won't do this. They're smarter and are not as WOKE as the Biden/Harris regime thinks. It may be SWAT teams and National Guardsmen but the cops I know wouldn't obey.
