Ever heard of the National Guard? The organized militia is not a bunch of guys running around in the woods

Ever heard of the "underground militia" referenced by the original writers of the Constitution?

The organized militia is not a bunch of guys running around in the woods.

It well could be a bunch of guys running around in the woods before we're done recovering our freedoms.

Can I assume that OPEN carry is treated the same way ‘in the constitution’?

I guess the legality of ‘permits’ awarded from state and local authorities, in their little fiefdoms, is what I question.

Kinda; that and semi-COLON.

Since the country has experienced Slick Willy and ‘that woman’, the genie will not get put back in Pandora’s box.

I have stopped recreational shooting. I’m saving my ammo for when I truly need it.

I was born in DC, worked there for many years. I loved the District, and roaming it, very much.

I soured on it after Clinton came in and disgraced it, and have never really felt the same way about it again. It just started to seem very dirty, to me. I haven’t been down to the City in many years, even though I’m just a few miles away.
