Sen. Mitt Romney (R-UT) launched another scathing attack on former President Donald Trump, accusing him of dividing the United States into a "dark and dangerous place" by continuously claiming the November election results were fraudulent.
In a statement entered into a congressional record that was released on Thursday, the Utah lawmaker said Trump's denial of the election results was "one of the most reprehensible acts" possible and warned that the perpetuation of this "big lie" threatens the American people.

back off...... The screwing of Pelosi and Romney by President Donald Trump were acts of gallantry. Pelosi and Romney practically demanded to receive the public screwing they were given. Trump put them down and then kicked them.

Mitt Romney is so obsessed with Trump that he loses touch with reality. To me, this indicates mental issues. Trump contributed money to Romney, helped him otherwise. Yet Romney, like Nikki Haley, is a backstabber who cannot be trusted.
He is projecting his hatred of losing to Obama onto President Trump, because he thinks himself too virtuous to hate Obama.
“I understand but I think you overstate his effect.”
Problem is he has been a “go to” guy for the liberal press since his first political officers in Utah in the 1990’s and he hasn’t gone away yet. He is a practicing Trump basher even going after him when he was no longer president. And his only reason was to disgrace him if he wanted to run again which is the only reason the libs went after Trump on the second impeachment which Romney supported even though it was a fallacy. An example of his anti-trump behavior was Romney publicly criticized Trump for not releasing his taxes, saying there might be a “bombshell” in them. He said Trump was “a phony, a fraud ... He’s playing members of the American public for suckers” and that “if we Republicans choose Donald Trump as our nominee, the prospects for a safe and prosperous future are greatly diminished”. (And we all know that during the Trump administration, we had the most prosperous economy of all time...so much for Romney’s stupidity)
There’s a whole lot more I could produce on Romney but the easiest is he is accepting support from the GOP party he is attacking consistently and needs to be sent packing. And it appears he won’t take the hint and do it himself.

Everyone needs to understand Romney is running for an office but it is not a government office, he wants to be the next President of the Mormon church. this means everything he is doing is being guided by the views of the current President of the church and those members of the churches council of elders.
I don’t vote for the church people nor do I believe in the Mormon religion. I am interested in the safety, security, and success of the United States. If I was interested in Utah I’d move there. What they do in Utah is their business, not mine. But I don’t get into their business and I expect the same in return. If Romney isn’t trying to be a conservative, then bow out and let someone who wants to try step forward.

was just pointing out how Romney should be totally ignored and removed so he cant do any more damage. I also think its important to understand what’s going on with him. he could care less if he damages the republican party also his position on trump is formed on him trying to get a difrent goal then trump. if he wanted to serve the republican party he would not of done all the moves he has done since loosing to Obbama.
