New York City’s Health Department is now recommending that Big Apple residents wear two face masks instead of one to fight back against the spread of COVID-19.
“We know that even as the vaccine is here the need to keep wearing a mask is paramount, it’s crucial. It’s amazing of how all the things that we’ve learned in this crisis, maybe the most profound is the power of a mask,” de Blasio said during a City Hall press briefing Thursday as the new mask guidance was announced.

This crap is never going away.
so, the vaccine saves everyone from ending up on life support and going to the hospital, even the elderly ans sickly apparently- AND, there is emerging evidence that after being vaccinated, you can’t spread it, or it’s very hard to spread it, but by golly, we still gotta wear two masks AND social distance still?
How long before the majority of people say ‘enough is enough, NO more!” and refuse to abide by any draconian rules anymore?
We did this to ourselves by not fighting the first mask.
One mask to breathe in.
One mask to breathe out.
Unless they mean a mask on your face, and one on your other hole (or whatever the PC name of it is).

Now, it will be even harder to breathe. Even less air will flow through the fabric, forcing the wearer to breath harder and more often to inhale and exhale air around the edges of the masks. More breaths to get a given amount of oxygen means more issuance of whatever germs are allegedly spewed out by those testing positive.
Some folks are going to be getting some awesomely good deals on NYC real estate...

I am a brass plated expert in these things and I agree with two masks but add a plastic bag over the head and taped tightly around the neck. You will not catch or transmit anything.
Does that mean one high and one low? Two diapers
'nuff said.
I used to laugh about this not going away but I am not laughing now. Half the country is rigid in fear and we have a totalitarian government swallowing opportunism upon the fear for power and their fortune.
