Yeah.. Look up the definition of infringed. It goes so far as to mean “Shall not be frustrated”. So all of these laws restricting ownership are unconstitutional.

Congressional “Law” that violates the Constitution also ought not be followed. You ought not go to jail for refusing to obey them, but you will. We are in a post constitutional period of our history. Levin has been warning us for years, now it should be plain for anyone who cares to see.
