White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki told reporters on Tuesday that President Joe Biden has not ruled out using executive orders for gun control.
When asked if Biden still intended to use executive action on gun control – a vow made during his campaign – Psaki responded, “The president has a range of actions at his disposal … he hasn’t ruled out either of those options.”
Biden’s campaign website boasted about his record working with legislative and executive actions during the Obama administration, pointing to “two dozen actions” the administration took after Biden was tasked with heading gun control measures.
Biden’s campaign website also stated, “Biden will also use his executive authority to ban the importation of assault weapons,” in addition to working with Congress to “ban the manufacture and safe of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines.”

I think Trump already asked that question and the fact he isn't still in power answers that question. I am sure the troops didn't feel that way but the Brass almost certainly did, they often openly defied him with no repercussions.

Yeah, like my brother says the military takes action only on orders. The constitution could be shredded, ripped apart on national TV but the military will not do anything because the way they are organized is all based on orders, they are not going to organize themselves and take action. It’s really really messed up, I don’t think the average person realizes how much danger we are in right now, and yes Trump really screwed up by not declaring an resurrection by the Rat/RINO uniparty

I believe the main reason the D.C. wall is still up with NG's guarding it is because he intends to shred our Constitution, with strong emphasis on the 2nd Amendment.
Biden can’t regulate guns by executive order. It will take Congress passing a law to attempt to do that, but SCOTUS has the final say. The 2nd Amendment protects our rights and the conservative majority on SCOTUS will protect it.

I just heard that New Zealand is starting up a 2nd mandatory gun buyback (AKA confiscation) program. Blew thru millions on the first one. But, apparently, there are still guns out there that the southern fuhrers don’t fancy. Also, apparently, the first confiscation didn’t work out as planned — the criminals kept their guns.
And, this is with a country with no neigboring states running guns across a border — like Illinois always blames for Chicago gun violence.
BeijingBiden, if I recall correctly, helped author a “assault rifle ban” that lasted 10 years and finally expired ‘cause there was absolutely no evidence that it diminished crime or violence in any way measureable.

They can restrict and potentially outlaw the sale of primers, today, based on their being ‘dangerous high explosives’. Heck, you can’t even ship them without expensive training and permits - which could be suspended by fiat.
