White House press secretary Jen Psaki said Tuesday that although President Joe Biden was “monitoring” states drastically affected by winter storms, he had not yet personally reached out to their governors.
“The president has been kept abreast as I noted of the events and been provided regular updates on the storm and the progress,” Psaki said during the White House press briefing Tuesday afternoon.

My guess would be that the meds that he has to take in order to sound coherent can’t be taken frequently. So, his handlers must pick and choose when they let China Joe speak to someone off script.
Is he really at camp David? Has he even left the Delaware basement. No calls to governors No meeting with foreign leaders. Virtual inauguration that was poorly edited together. Is the man even alive? Doubles have been used throughout history. Just sayin!
Trump would have spoken to all of them by now, and dispatched whatever assistance they needed.
Biden is just a figurehead. Others are running the show so no one needs to talk to him.

Texas did not vote for Biden. IIRC, states that did not vote for zerO were treated differently from those that did when it came to allocating funds for helping with natural emergencies.

Chameleon Harris is more than willing to step in and make a whole string of promises that cannot and will not be kept by the Federal government on behalf these governors.

It appears that SloJoe will not be allowed to occupy the Oval Office for 100 days. We are learning that he isn’t talking to the governors of the states hard hit by the blizzard, and that Kamala is taking his calls from foreign leaders such as Macron of France and Trudeau of Canada. He isn’t talking to them because his handlers fear he will make major gaffes. Yet we are expected to believe that he attracted 85,000,000 votes and hardly ever left his basement.
Joe isn’t being allowed to speak to any governors or world leaders. limited press interactions.
They don’t want him to screw up anything that President Harris has to fix.
