Everyone knows that our courts are completely non-political. Until, of course, they stop being Left-wing. At that point it becomes essential that they swing back to the Left. So that they can be, you know, non-political again.

The corrupt courts you speak of are another gift from the Senate, another reason to repeal the 17th Amendment. If senators we’re seated in the manner our forefathers intended, we would not have a Judiciary that is hell-bent on destroying half of its citizens
It gets to the point where I miss the RINO’s who could have made a difference if only because we were in the majority. Hopefully the next senate will be more conservative.

democrat judges may rush to quit in the next year and a half because they know there is a good chance the GOP will get a majority in the 2022 election and put on the super delay routine for judicial appointments when they take over
You are spot on. It happens when those who are in the arena of making rules become familiar and sophisticated with the arena and take it over.
Those working outside the legal arena get creamed when they get sucked into the arena. More than 90% of them lose.

Obozo screwed the pooch in putting all his energies into the nationalization of healthcare. He was successful and it's ugly, but lost the house in the mid terms, then two years later lost even more seats in the house, then the senate.
Bet the first black crook to take the white house is kicking himself in the @$$ he didn't get more done in those first two years.
And just an aside...i’m convinced that this 1st term black senator from Illinois with NO name recognition, had not even completed his first term, did not truly win the white house. That election was no doubt rigged and we just didn't see it.

I agree completely. The Founders knew what they were doing when they put the choice of senators in the hands of the state legislators. It made the senators beholding to their state, and not to anything else.
One reason the 17th Amendment came into being was that the state legislators sometimes became deadlocked over their appointments. That could have been easily fixed by having the governor make the appointment in the case of a deadlock.
Oh, well. Too late now. Any attempt to repeal the 17th Amendment would be met with all sorts of accusations. “You are trying to silence the voice of the people!”
