This lawyer is a good guy. but he’s falling for the “too much extremism on both sides” false narrative. No excuse for him to not know better. They didn’t build a fence around the Capitol and put thousands of troops there to protect against extremists from “both sides”. They did it to let the anarchists know that they are free to do whatever they want, while those who call them out for what they are will be labeled as the real extremists.
This is what unity and healing looks like.

OJ Simpson was guilty and deserved to be convicted, but his lawyers did no more than defend him to the best of their considerable ability. If we’re going to keep our Constitution, all potential defendants deserve the right to be able to hire the best lawyers they can afford and the lawyers deserve the right to pick freely their clients.

Social media also allows only one point of view, and there is a sad narcissistic generation who care about “likes” and being loved by strangers on social media, it’s not just egotistical but for this fake world also allows them to make $$$ on those platforms. so they parrot whatever they think is going to be accepted on that platform and garner them the biggest audience. Lets face it 160 character opinions are not made for people who are critical thinkers and logical.
